Overview
Midas Software GmbH, a Berlin-based asset tokenization issuer founded in 2023, issues permissionless ERC-20 tokens that grant on-chain access to institutional-grade investment strategies. Its primary offerings include mTBILL, which tracks short-dated US Treasury bills, and mBASIS, which follows a delta-neutral crypto basis-trading approach. In late 2024, the firm secured regulatory approval in Liechtenstein, enabling it to offer mTBILL and mBASIS to both retail and institutional investors across much of Europe without a minimum investment requirement—a development described at the time as a first for such tokens in the EU. Midas has subsequently extended its products to additional blockchain networks and partner ecosystems.
