Overview
The ether.fi protocol has introduced a product called ether.fi BTC Restaking. This facility allows users to deposit Bitcoin, represented as liquid tokens such as LBTC, into a restaking mechanism. Through this, Bitcoin holders can engage in Ethereum-based restaking activities, generally via EigenLayer or comparable infrastructure, to generate supplementary yield.
