Overview
Hyperliquid's asset tokenization infrastructure, branded as Unit or HyperUnit, enables users to move native BTC, ETH and SOL onto the chain and employ their wrapped counterparts—termed uAssets—within HyperCore L1 and HyperEVM. The system forgoes a standard custodial bridge in favour of a Guardian operator set: these entities run full nodes and indexers across each integrated blockchain, and multi-party computation threshold signatures govern any sensitive action. The project was built in tight coordination with the Hyperliquid team, and its published materials state that it does not issue a native token.
