EigenLayer protocol
Overview
EigenLayer, a protocol built on Ethereum, facilitates the restaking of ether and liquid staking tokens to supply economic security for external networks termed Actively Validated Services (AVS). Through this mechanism, stakers can choose to validate supplementary protocols while repurposing their currently staked capital. Eigen Labs is the developer behind the protocol.
Within The Counterparty graph, EigenLayer connects to 185 tracked entities, most strongly to Ethereum, Ethereum, Symbiotic.
