MEV-Boost protocol
Overview
MEV-Boost is a middleware protocol that allows Ethereum validators to delegate block construction to third-party builders. It enacts proposer-builder separation (PBS), enabling validators to accept fully formed blocks containing maximal extractable value (MEV) transactions. Created by Flashbots, the software is employed by a majority of Ethereum validators to enhance reward capture via MEV.
Within The Counterparty graph, MEV-Boost connects to 8 tracked entities, most strongly to Flashbots, Flashbots MEV-Boost Relay, bloXroute Regulated Relay.
