Overview
The Osmosis decentralised exchange has introduced a concentrated liquidity feature. Under this mechanism, liquidity providers can assign capital to custom price intervals, a design intended to improve capital efficiency. The model is a variant of the automated market maker structure, drawing on the approach first deployed in Uniswap V3. It allows LPs to focus liquidity within defined price bands. The feature is employed for trading and liquidity provision on the Cosmos network.
