Overview
The Centrifuge protocol's native utility token, CFG, is designed for tokenizing real-world assets including invoices, mortgages, and leases within a decentralized finance framework. Holders can use it for governance, voting on protocol parameters and upgrades, and can stake the token to help secure the network while earning rewards. CFG is available as an ERC-20 on Ethereum and also exists on the Centrifuge parachain in the Polkadot ecosystem.
