EigenCloud protocol
Overview
Eigen Labs introduced EigenCloud in June 2025, rebranding and expanding its earlier Ethereum restaking protocol EigenLayer. The platform bundles restaked security into verifiable offerings for data availability (EigenDA), off-chain computation (EigenCompute), artificial intelligence inference (EigenAI) and dispute resolution (EigenVerify). A $70 million EIGEN token acquisition by a16z crypto supported the launch; the same firm had led Eigen Labs' $100 million Series B round in February 2024.
Within The Counterparty graph, EigenCloud connects to 13 tracked entities, most strongly to Ethereum, Eigen Labs, EIGEN.
